Weekly Sessions & Talks
We hold daily sessions for all of our members during the 8 week long program. Session include intros, deep-dives, fireside chats with investors and/or climate leaders, career sessions, challenges sessions, breakout rooms for members to work together, office hours, and more. Each week features a different sub-sector of the climate economy and we communicate upfront which session happens at what day.In the case that we need to reschedule a session. We will communicate as early as possible with all of our members.Timing of Sessions
All sessions will typically be held at 9AM PST. For some special speakers we sometimes need to move slots around or add them before or after the main session. We communicate this as early as possible with all members.

What happens after the program?
You will continue to have access to the community platform for a minimum of 6 additional months after the program is over. That said, we’re not planning on removing any community spaces at this moment, but might move graduated members into a combined alumni space to foster even more networking and also help us avoid creating excessively big community operations (e.g. 100s of separate spaces). We will also support each member with publishing their challenges for a minimum of 4 weeks post graduation. After the 4 weeks, we’ll start ramping up for our upcoming cohort and will shift focus to our next set of members. We will still help and support, but it might be at a slower pace.

Community Spaces
Each cohort has access to their own community space within the circle platform. It’s a place to  introduce yourself, share resources, DM each other, and support + connect. We expect our members to be respectful and treat each other how they would like to be treated in a professional setting, with the goal of creating a safe space for everyone. We reserve the right to exclude members from the community and program, if they behave in a way that makes others feel uncomfortable or not respected.

Tuition and Payments
We lead with a huge amount of trust here. And typically ask everyone to pay their tuition within the first few days after the program has kicked off (via a custom payment link that we sent out to everyone). If you require a payment plan we typically offer a 50% tuition at the start of the program and 50% at the 4 week mark plan.If you want a payment plan, please let us know and we set it up for you.Our program is selective and very competitive to get into, as every single member is handpicked. Because of this, we do not offer any refunds. If your situation changes, you can always ask to defer your participation to a future cohort. We will look at your request and will try our best to honor it. Usually deferment is possible only before the program started or - in rare cases - within the first few days after program kick-off. Again, we lead with trust and try to make things right for you.
